3Shape TRIOS / DDX
Digital integration with 3Shape’s® TRIOS® intraoral scanner is now fixed. An infrastructure upgrade disrupted the connection temporarily, but it has now be re-established.
Instructions on how to connect your 3Shape Communicate Account to DDX is available by going to the Henry Schein® Orthodontics DDX Lab page and accessing the Quick Start Guide located in our Document Center. For further assistance our dedicated customer service team is available during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Pacific Coast Time and can be reached at aligners@henryscheinortho.com or phone at 800-344-3397.
