We are pleased to announce the launch of Smilers® & Smilers Expert, a premium aligner system that is replacing ClearArc® Aligners. Smilers offers advanced stain-resistance and aesthetics, while unlocking a new level of functionality with its Nemotec software.
See below for important actions regarding case refinements and to schedule your virtual Smilers onboarding session.
Understanding Existing Case Refinements
As we transition to Smilers – refinements for active ClearArc cases under warranty will only be supported via the new Smilers platform. Invoices for warranty cases will reflect $0 provided you include ClearArc Case ID during submission.
This week, you will be emailed your credentials to access your new Smilers account to submit new cases and ClearArc refinements in the Smilers Portal.
